Downtown, the beloved Moth Cafe on Jasper Ave delivers a 100% plant-based menu, offering dishes from raw entrees to gluten-free delights like the Moth Spaghetti and Big Moth Burger.

 

Whyte Avenue’s Café Mosaics stands as a pillar in Edmonton’s vegetarian scene, celebrated for creative plates like the Spicy Bomb Burger and Laughing Monkey Hotpot.

 

Restaurants such as Cactus Club Cafe, Seitan's, and Loma House round out the city’s bold shift, ensuring flavorful, protein-rich plant-based options are always on the menu for everyone.
