Some more great foodie events this week... |
Edmonton's beloved Rival Burger has officially graduated from food trailer to full brick-and-mortar restaurant β and the city's smash burger scene will never be the same.
After building a fiercely loyal following at Queen Mary's Market, the brand quietly opened its new Ritchie location on September 25th, taking over the former Blue Chair Cafe space at 9624 76th Avenue NW.
The fit feels effortless. Ritchie has spent years becoming Edmonton's go-to neighbourhood for independent, locally rooted food culture β and Rival Burger belongs right at the heart of it.
The menu centres on fresh house-ground beef, smashed to order on a screaming-hot flat-top β never frozen, never rushed. Standouts include the signature Rival Burger, the rare Oklahoma-style smash, and a poutine that regulars insist on adding to every order.
During soft opening, the restaurant is welcoming guests Tuesday through Sunday, 11 a.m. to 8 p.m., with delivery also available through major platforms. Read More... |
