Another thursday and more of the good stuff!

.....dig in!

Hell’s Kitchen, the world-famous restaurant by Gordon Ramsay, will launch its first Canadian location at River Cree Resort & Casino on Enoch Cree Nation land near Edmonton.

Slated for early 2026, the highly anticipated restaurant will feature Ramsay’s classic dishes reimagined with Indigenous-inspired flavors that celebrate Alberta’s local culture and heritage.

Vik Mahajan, CEO and General Manager of River Cree, shared excitement over the collaboration, emphasizing how bringing such a prestigious brand could draw visitors from across the country.

With space for over 250 guests and a year-round patio, diners can enjoy both indoor and outdoor seating.

This launch is part of a major expansion at River Cree, which includes a new hotel and expanded casino, further boosting the resort’s profile as a top regional destination.

The fusion of Indigenous flavors promises a distinct culinary experience, blending global excellence with local tradition.
