Non-Alcoholic Drinks are on the menu today.

gulp, gulp.....

Edmonton’s drinks scene is rapidly redefining itself, placing the spotlight on non-alcoholic options for a growing population of mindful drinkers.

Venues like SPILT on Jasper Avenue are leading the way, serving up playful, carefully crafted zero-proof cocktails in a uniquely vibrant, 1980s-inspired space.

Other local favorites, such as Olia Ristorante and Mimi Bar, and the soon-to-open Koselig by Alberta Ale Works on 82 Avenue, are embracing this shift, offering extensive alcohol-free selections from morning coffee to late-night drinks.

Major restaurants are also joining the movement, recognizing a large share of guests now seek inclusivity and health without sacrificing social connection.

The demand is clear: nearly 70% of cocktail drinkers enjoy non-alcoholic versions, and younger generations are driving a 25% drop in alcohol use.

Innovative ingredients such as botanicals and adaptogens are further elevating Edmonton’s non-alcoholic scene, signaling a broader cultural embrace of wellness and choice.
