Winsor, owner of Compass Chocolates, fuses Canadian creativity with magical artistry on the show, showcasing unique flavors like masala chai ganache and Newfoundland sea salt.
Alongside teammate Molly Robbins, she impressed judges by crafting an edible rendition of Bellatrix Lestrange’s Dagger, blending her heritage with international flair.
Winsor’s journey from Newfoundland to St. Albert and onto a global stage highlights her determination and innovative spirit.
