Edmonton's café scene has a bold new arrival. Cafe Seoul Grove has opened inside the Wyndham Edmonton Hotel at 4440 Gateway Boulevard NW, bringing a striking forest-themed, Korean-inspired experience to the city's south side.
The immersive interior trades street noise for a serene, nature-inspired atmosphere — earthy tones, lush greenery, and soft ambient light create a space that feels genuinely unlike anything else in Edmonton.
The menu centres on bingsu, the beloved Korean shaved ice dessert — but with a twist. Here, the ice flakes themselves are flavoured, delivering taste in every spoonful rather than relying purely on toppings.
Specialty coffees, Korean-inspired drinks, and authentic Korean dishes round out a menu built for more than a quick stop.
