It's monday.... there's more burgers coming to the city.

yum, yum...

Rosie’s Burgers, a beloved Toronto spot famed for its crispy-edged smash burgers and creamy milkshakes, is bringing fresh energy to Edmonton’s Brewery District.

This new arrival is set to enhance the area’s ongoing transformation into a dynamic culinary and entertainment hub.

Rosie’s joins recent hotspots like The Den by The Growlery, featuring 16 rotating beers and slushies, and the stylish Nero Restaurant, which adds Italian flair to the scene.

In 2026, Edmonton is buzzing with entrepreneurial activity, as new restaurants, tech firms, and wellness studios boost the local economy and enrich neighborhood offerings.

Rosie’s will open at 11928 104th Ave. NW and, while the exact launch date is pending, excitement is building, especially as the eatery engages locals with a giveaway for $100 gift cards.

As anticipation grows, Edmontonians can look forward to a bold new destination for burger and milkshake lovers citywide.
