A vibrant new chapter for authentic Mexican food has arrived in Edmonton with the opening of Juana Ines.
Located in the distinctive Manchester Square, this is the latest venture from the beloved creators of the former Frida Urban Taqueria.
The restaurant is a heartfelt celebration of Central Mexican culture, serving home-style dishes inspired by the owners' family roots in Querétaro.
Expect traditional plates like slow-stewed suadero tacos and mole enchiladas, all served with pride.
Juana Ines isn't just a new dining spot; it's a key part of the massive 107 Avenue Revitalization project, set to transform the neighborhood.
This city initiative is bringing new parks, lighting, and pedestrian-friendly upgrades to the area, with completion expected in 2025.
