Edmonton will soon welcome Egg Club, the popular breakfast chain famed for Japanese-style egg sandwiches, as it plans two city locations by 2026.
Founded in 2020, Egg Club has expanded quickly from Toronto to major cities like Calgary, Ottawa, and Waterloo, gaining fans with its focus on fresh, high-quality offerings.
President and CEO Jason Yu expressed excitement for Edmonton’s launch, highlighting the brand’s goal to make delicious, made-to-order food accessible for all.
Egg Club specializes in sandwiches built with soft Japanese milk bread and house-made sauces, giving a unique spin to classic breakfast fare.
This move comes as Edmonton’s food scene, especially downtown by O-day'min Park, experiences a flourish in breakfast and brunch destinations.
